Ntouba Epoupa a real gem

- Felix Zonke, Harare.

EDITOR — “Glory glory Dynamos FC”, this could be our year. Great teams are judged by how they respond when playing against such respectable teams like CAPS United.

A good performance against teams like CAPS United determines the destiny of the league, that separates pretenders from true champions.

Beating a team like CAPS United by two goals isn’t the stuff of pretenders, but a purely motivated team, a spiritual group of players, a show of character and the testimony that the team is under the hands of a great coach in Lloyd Mutasa.

Having won six straight games, and with chief striker Joel Christian Epoupa Ntouba rocketing to the summit of the goal scoring charts, we only hope for a brighter future under Mutasa.

Therefore, Dynamos’ Cameroonian import Joel Christian Epoupa Ntouba deserves to win the Soccer Star of the Year award for all his heroics in the colours of the Harare giants.

Pure heroes are shown by how they ooze class and showing differences during high classic encounters like the Harare Derby. Ntouba deserves recognition for he solved what some termed “goal scoring crisis” at DeMbare, besides being one of the outstanding key performers this term at the Harare giants.

A few foreigners like Ian Bakala and Clive Mwale lit our domestic top flight before, but the man from Cameroon is a real gem.
