Response to “Govt to recruit Cuban doctors”

This is a good move considering that most specialists are from that country. We are supposed to be independent healthwise as a country because seeking medical attention from other countries demands a lot of money. The capability of local universities to offer medicine degrees suggest an increase in the number of doctors produced and these need experts to train them. — @tonde07.

*** Response to “Farmers keen on Command Agric”

This master plan in the agricultural sector has yielded good results and this is why farmers are responding positively. We hope to realise increased outputs in the sector yearly as more farmers join the Command Agriculture programme. —@ charity23.

Response to “Massive water disconnections loom”

There is need for everyone who still has unresolved bills to pay up because these disconnections will disturb the smooth running of industry and homesteads. If the bills are too large, negotiations for payment plans can be made. — Bridgette Masona.

*** Response to “100k tractors for women farmers”

Government is doing all it can to empower women. It is now up to them to act responsibly and embrace these efforts made by Government so as to change their positions socially. — Merilyn Chihota.

Response to “National dam levels recede”

It is inevitable for water bodies to have decreased water levels because it is too hot. High temperatures result in increased evaporation which will also lead to high rainfall. There is a need for people to plan strategically so that they can easily adapt both now and in the future when we start receiving heavy rains. There should not be a repetition of what happened last rainy season where possessions and lives were destroyed. — Tinashe Katsande.

*** Response to “SA rolls out new permit exercise”

We are grateful for this decision made by South Africa. This will save a lot of Zimbabweans who are in the neighbouring country. A lot of people are taking care of their families from abroad hence if it wasn’t for leniency shown by South Africa, many would have been doomed. — Tatenda Zvavave.

*** Response to “Allied Timbers diversifies into fruit trees”

Diversification is critical especially when it comes to increasing sources of income. Allied Timbers was tactical especially bearing in mind that conditions needed in growing timber are the same as those needed in growing most fruit trees. The organisation will therefore carry out this new project without much struggle. — Joseph Chibanda.

*** Response to “Wife slayer found dead” Nothing good ever comes out of murdering someone. The act of murder always haunts someone and often, it ends up in the death of the perpetrator. Humans should have instincts and refrain from this horrifying act. — Mercy Kadengu.

Response to “THE KING OF RUFARO” Then you wonder how some teams can win against Dynamos without much drama on the field. You just need to play good football, simple. — Significant Watemwa.

*** Response to “$30 bribe lands 3 cops in trouble”

They messed with the wrong person. How can you demand a bribe from a journalist? That serves them right. — Charity Chibaya.

*** Response to “Schools, churches owe council $8m”

This is the reason why we have poor service delivery. Council needs money to service garbage trucks, maintain roads and repair broken pipes and many other problems. — Rosemary Nhaka.
