Response to “Downtown pricing headache”

Government should make sure foreign currency is sold at a fair price, especially locally. High rates that are being charged when buying US dollars have resulted in a chain effect. There is high demand for foreign currency when importing goods. This results in high prices. — @tambudzaich.

Response to “20m kitty for tobacco growers”

Government is doing a great job in making it easier for small-scale farmers to produce. Financial issues always pose a barrier to any project. Provision of loans makes it easier for small-scale farmers. Tobacco helps earn foreign currency as most of it is exported. — @eucharia06.

Response to “Tuku reflects on career, music journey”

Oliver Mtukudzi has always been a legendary musician both in Zimbabwe and across borders. His music is not the bubblegum type that loses value in a short time because it is always relevant regardless of the date produced. Anyone regardless of generations can sing along to his songs. His history is inspiring as it gives hope to those who had lost it and we are happy to have such a legendary artiste in our country. — Nicole Phiri.

Response to “Prostate cancer is easier to manage if diagnosed early”

There is no point in compromising your health while hiding behind the phrase “being a man”. Cancer is a monster that is real and it does not consider anyone’s gender. Knowing where you stand as far as health is concerned is what everyone has to do. Early detection of this disease will make it easier for it to be treated. This calls for everyone to enquire about their health. — Takunda Dzvairo.

SMS/Whats App: +263732183186 Response to “Command farmers repay $67 million”

This is a positive development because in some instances, people are often not able to pay back what they owe due to losses they would have made.

The fact that after paying back the $192 million, the farmers will still have large amounts of surplus testifies to the efficiency of Command Agriculture. — Mercy Zanda.

Response to “‘No NSSA payouts for 27 900 pensioners”

Pensioners should comply with the terms outlined by NSSA so that they receive their allowances. This money is important because all those who retire are no longer an active group. They need all the money they can lay their hands on. — Justin Mashaya.

Responses to “Govt gives 90 days waiver to civil documents”

This is good. Thank you for the waiver. — Takundwa. Thank you for remembering the less privileged who could not afford to pay the charges for any of the civil document to be issued out. — Tendaimtasa.

Response to “Are you participating in clean-up month?”

Most outbreaks of diseases that occur are attributed to the unhygienic environments we are exposed to. It is everyone’s responsibility to make sure that their surroundings are clean and conducive for good health. Clean up campaigns are necessary to keep our environments clean and also to raise awareness amongst Zimbabwean citizens. — Tobias Muyemeki.
