Notice to all HIT 2017 Graduands

THE University wishes to advise ALL GRADUANDS that the 2017 Graduation Ceremony will be held at the Harare Institute of Technology Campus on Thursday October 5, 2017. Graduands and guests should be seated by 0800 hours.

Graduands should take note of the following:

Graduation Fee and Outstanding Fees

A Graduation fee of US$50.00 is payable between now and the day of rehearsals. Graduands who owe the University should clear the outstanding amounts with the Finance Department.

Academics Dress

The approved HIT academic dress is obtainable at US$65.00 a set, strictly from the Registration and Student Records Management Office at the Harare Institute of Technology Campus.

Only the Graduands in approved HIT Academic Dress will be allowed to take part in the Graduation Ceremony.

Payment Methods

The above payments may be done through the Point of Sale (POS) at the Institute’s Cash Office or a direct deposit into the Institute’s Bank Account: Harare Institute of Technology, CBZ Bank Account Number 02420583120037 Sapphire Branch, Harare. Swift Code: COBZZWHA, Branch Sort Code: 6120.

Rehearsals

The rehearsals will be held on Wednesday 4 October 2017, commencing promptly at 1400 hours. All graduands must attend the rehearsals in order to participate in the Ceremony.
