Response to “4 die in Zaka crash” We sympathise with the families that lost their loved ones and hope the injured will recover fully. Drivers should act responsibly on the road by not overtaking on blind spots. It does not take time to get to a point where one can safely overtake. Patience on the road will help save lives. — @emily14.
*** Response to “RG’s Office issues 100 000 IDs”
An increase in the number of Zimbabwean citizens with IDs suggests a high voter turn out. This is a positive development because we know that whatever results come out of next year’s elections will be the majority decision. — @mtokhozisibsp.

Response to “400k cotton farmers to receive inputs allocation”
Grading the agricultural products works as a motivation for farmers to produce the best that they can. This is important so that we get high quality agricultural products. With provision of inputs, it should not be too hard to get top quality crops. The number of farmers under the support scheme should be a guarantee of an increase in high quality products that can also be exported. — Tinaye Mabadza.
*** Response to “Three found dead in Chitungwiza shop”
This is a shocking incident. There is definitely something or someone behind this. Three people cannot die at the same time. It would be understandable if they had been involved in a road accident. It could be the food they ate which resulted in their death. Our condolences go to the families which lost its loved ones. — Takunda Machisi.

Response to “Lifestyle audits for cops”
I think this decision will help reduce corruption amongst the police because most of them appear to live above their means. The audit might not be enough to completely eliminate corruption, but at least there will be a reduction. — Lionel Gono.
*** Response to “Rapists have no place in society”
Raping someone is brutal and insensitive. People living together in a society should feel for each other. The numbers of rape cases that have been reported in Zimbabwe so far are shocking and perpetrators of this crime should be eliminated from society. — Pamela Govero.
*** Response to “Govt pay $5m to gold miners weekly”
These gold miners deserve to be paid because others mine illegally and enriching themselves. Mining is also labour intensive and there is a risk of losing lives. Paying them reasonably is an incentive for them to deliver their produce to the authorities. — Josephine Dzingai.

Response to “What more do they need”
Dynamos is doing great. Keep up the good work and don’t mind those who criticise. If you have a gift, no one can take that away with their negativity. — Charles Mugoni.
*** Response to “Editorial Comment: Panic buying, eye opener for authorities”
Those who are responsible for causing despondency nationwide have to be dealt with. Zimbabweans are already overwhelmed with what’s going on right now and cannot take news on the situation worsening. — Rugare Machena.
