Response to “Cabinet okays $440m special agric package”
Much attention in the country’s agricultural sector has been given to crop production due to satisfying yields that were harvested last season. Agriculture also has the animal aspect which is equally important and it is good that faces are turning to that direction too. A balance between crop production and animal production is needed because these two are interdependent. — @shelly4.
*** Response to “Resource constraints derail digitisation quest”
There is need to ensure that this project becomes successful. The reason why Zimbabweans are preferring DStv and of late Kwesé is that they have different tastes. A Zimbabwean platform where someone has a variety of options is needed. Local artistes and actors will also be elevated as they will have the exposure. — @tomsh.

Response to “Minister blames Harare for typhoid”
This is justified because typhoid outbreaks are linked to environment hygiene issues and it is the council’s responsibility to make sure that the environment is safe. We never anticipated that the same area would be hit by the disease for the second time this year because solutions were provided earlier this year when a significant number of lives were lost because of typhoid. — Ruvarashe Nyashanu.
*** Response to “President to meet chiefs”
The role played by chiefs is vital as they represent rural dwellers who are usually secluded. These people need to be engaged and this meeting with the President is necessary for it will give an insight about the concerns of people in rural areas. — Gladys Muchena.
