Responses to “Police absence brings smiles on motorists”

Daily targets imposed on roadblock teams to enforce a cash cow largely benefiting top echelons of the police force made life difficult for motorists.

As motorists we are happy that police are no longer in the streets; this must be a sign that corruption will soon be out because these people were profiteering at our expense. — Shuvai Gurupira.

Response to “I pledge to be your servant”

The Bible says do unto others what you would want them to do unto you. Masters should engage with their servants bearing in mind that there is a God in Heaven who is the Lord of all lords. A servant should work hard knowing that they are doing it for God.

President Mnangagwa should rule this country with the fear of God as we have seen in his address. He is a man of God. We hope he will bring change that no man has ever seen in Zimbabwe. — Jayden Ncube.

Response to “Protect your forests, Mutare residents urged”

Trees play a big role in our lives from providing oxygen which we cannot live without, timber, firewood and fruits to many other direct and indirect benefits. Therefore they must be protected from poachers. — Rudorwashe Furai.
