Response to “President dissolves Cabinet”

This is the time to appoint those who are strategic and innovative. It is these new appointments that will determine how far we can go as a country. I have confidence that the President will appoint those who will help the country develop as he has worked as a minister and Vice President before. We don’t want a repetition of the same mistakes as it was discovered that culprits were those surrounding the former President. — @ruva87.

*** Response to “Zim records $1,6bn trade deficit”

This shows a huge gap that has to be filled with a tactical plan. It is also an indication of the great potential that we have. Our industry has to be productive so that we export instead of importing. The potential is there, what is needed is cooperation from all stakeholders. — @ timothy.

Response to “President dissolves Cabinet”

In “acting capacity” it means temporarily. One begins to wonder why some people failed to understand simple English by underrating what the President did. That’s a good move because you never know whilst acting. There are some who were on induction for those posts, but they are still amateurs. — Harrisson Mukarazi.

*** Response to “ZRP, ZDF to conduct joint patrols”

Before they conduct these patrols, Operation Restore Legacy of ZRP should be conducted. — Joseph Taderera.

Response to “Chombo, Chipanga remanded in custody”

It’s so unfortunate that these culprits had to learn their lesson the hard way. All the problems that were being faced by Zimbabweans were fuelled by their selfish activities.

We hope that the incoming officials will learn from these people’s experiences. The ZDF should keep monitoring activities of those in influential positions. — Tedias Mupanduki.

*** Response to “Great hope for economy”

The optimism that is enveloping the whole nation has never been experienced before.

This is the attitude that we need to move forward. Keep the energy Zimbabwe and let’s work together in building a Zimbabwe we want. — Kim Renawo.

*** Response to “Dr Stamps: Poor people’s doctor . . . Epitome of caring and devotion to the poor”

The poor usually never get attention from professionals because they can’t pay the consultation fees that are required. May doctors adopt such good practices so that people’s lives can be saved. May his soul rest in eternal peace. — Vongai Matenga.

*** Response to “Let’s defend our culture, says army boss”

There is nothing that surpasses the beauty of culture. Despite the fact that it is respectful, we are identified by our culture.

There is need to safeguard it so that we acknowledge who we are and where we came from. — Nyengetera Kanyongo.
