Issuance of 2018 Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF263)

The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) wishes to inform all its valued clients that applications for Tax Clearance Certificates for 2018 will be processed online - on the e-services platform.

APPLICATIONS for 2018 Tax Clearance Certificates should be made with effect from 23rd December 2017 to ease the anticipated system congestion in January 2018. The 2018 Tax Clearance Certificate will be issued to clients who are compliant in terms of: ◆ Tax payments for all tax heads

and; ◆ Statutory tax return submissions for all tax heads and; Fiscalisation and fiscal device interface requirements (all VAT registered clients) Please Note: Clients are urged to ensure that they have complied with the fiscalisation and fiscal device interface requirements before accessing Tax Clearance Certificates online.

The online application for Tax Clearance Certificates is only made possible if the applicant’s e-mail address on the Zimra master-data is up-to-date. It is, therefore, necessary for clients to have a functional e-mail addresses registered with Zimra in order to make use of this facility and enhance online communication with Zimra.
