Responses to “Brighter days ahead of Zimbabwe”

Zimbabweans are very optimistic and have faith that the new President and his Cabinet will change Zimbabwe’s economy. — @Shorai.

*** Our hope is that the new Cabinet will help the President achieve his dreams and fulfil his plans for the people of Zimbabwe.

We should now work hard to see Zimbabwe turning into another China. —@ Rungano23.

*** Response to “Zim rakes in $270m from chrome exports”

With the current economic situation, it is exciting to know that our country is getting more than $200 million from exports.

At least that money can be injected into our economy for it to be used in reviving some ailing sectors. —@ Edsonkadungu.

Response to “Govt warns illegal settlers”

Government should send people to Nyikayaramba Village, Nyamaropa area of Nyanga District, where you will witness people settling themselves along slopes of the Nyanga mountain range. They are wantonly cutting down trees and starting irrigation. The soils are fragile and it’s not sustainable. This is an area where river sources are located. If nothing is done sooner then the Government will have to bear with feeding people because of poor yields. The people who settled there are from Marweyi and Murengami villages. — Thetruthshallcome.

*** Response to “Warriors out of CECAFA ... ZIFA cite security reasons for withdrawal”

I don’t think Mhofu (Sunday Chidzambwa) is competent enough to be a national coach. We need someone who is proactive and energetic, a coach who is tactical and acts quickly. — Chinos.

Response to “EDITORIAL COMMENT: Heed President’s call, return loot”

All those who externalised funds must bring it back as soon as possible because our economy depends on all those looted funds. For the nation to move forward we need every Zimbabwean to participate in making our dream of living life in abundance a reality. — Fariranai.

*** Response to “President ED, there is ‘a time for everything’”

We never thought that Zimbabwe will have another president while Mugabe is still alive. We have learnt truly that there is a time for everything and things can change anytime. No one ever saw this coming. Cde Mnangagwa is now the President and we are all happy and highly expectant. — Charles Shuvai Mugoni.

Response to “Keepers should earn place on calendar”

Its true that goalkeepers need to earn a place on the calendar, but I always think that it’s kind of funny that if we are to select a Warriors team today, chances are high that most of these players could miss out and be replaced by other local players. — Mngandidii.
