Response to “Chinhoyi declares war on illegal food outlets” Well done Chinhoyi Municipality. People ought to respect regulations governing food preparation and food vending in public. Cholera kills and everything that is done to stop it from spreading is welcome. —@ DanielDzobo.

*** Responses to “Council secures $10m

to decongest CBD” We would want to know what happened to the Coventry depot. Council built something which is disintegrating without being used. Does the council have a solid plan for Harare? — @pingachaiye.

*** We must graduate from paving open spaces and calling them terminals. What is needed are decent multi-functional transport hubs that provide adequate, comfortable space for commuters and transporters while providing well-constructed market stalls for different sellers and shops. —@ jedza0668.

Response to “We want free, fair polls: President” Zimbabweans must have unity, peace, harmony and love. We should be rebuilding our basket of Southern Africa. We have got talent, innovation and human capital. That is all we need to rebuild our economy. We need domestic investors to support our administration with their expertise. — Bright Itai Mazikana.

*** President Mnangagwa is a man of principles. Let us vote for him so that he can show us his expertise. — Adam Chikandiwa

*** President Mnangagwa is the real deal in town. Continue embracing democracy Mr President and all the people of Zimbabwe will love you. — Innocent Chakanyuka.

As much as council preaches about decongesting the city, I would like to know what is being done regarding the kombi and mshikashika drivers who are breaking every rule on city roads. They now have the nerve to do it in front of State House between 4.30pm and 6pm. They are not only disrespecting fellow motorists and the police, but also soldiers guarding the State House. We need a plan for our city passenger transport and we need to implement it like yesterday. — Trymore D, Mabvuku.

Response to “60 days of ED, FDI surpasses previous yearly total” President Mnangagwa and South African Vice President, Cyril Ramaphosa can transform Southern Africa if they use their cooperation and political skills to develop their countries. They are both promising big things for their countries and that is encouraging. — Rudeologist. *** Response to “ED speaks on Mugabe package, immunity” What President Mnangagwa did for former President Mugabe is a good thing. We are happy he still has a lot of respect for him. — Rudeologist.

*** Response to “Chinhoyi declares war

on illegal food outlets Zinwa management should also be blamed for knowingly distributing unsafe water. They should immediately start proper water purification. The municipality on the other hand is not collecting refuse regularly to keep the city clean. Food outlets are not the only cause of cholera. We need to address the problem, not looking for something to blame. — Yowe.

*** Response to “Filling stations heed

order to slash fuel prices” So far so good. Let us have more action which directly benefits people. Hope alone is not enough. Some small results here and there is what will generate hope. — Madara.
