Denver’s online feedback

-

THE two articles we carried about Denver Mukamba’s spectacular fall from grace in the past two days have been generating a lot of debate on the feedback platforms of our official website: stage you are finished, you moron.’’

RAY MBADA “Reminds me of one Archford Chimutanda.

“He was a star who believed in all sorts of hooliganism, trotting from one team to the other and doing wonders with the ball, but never repenting when it came to taking what belonged to others and the teams he played for.

“The guy was just a star, but he died a destitute, he hardly had time to attend training sessions, never left the night club before the morning and could be in pick-pocketing business all-night long. Those who knew him had the same sentiments as we have for Denver today, yet it looks like these guys will be having some serious bond with poverty and to me, it should have something to do with demons.

“God is able and God is there for us all, if only he can choose that path, then he will be saved.’’ talent is just going down the drain here. I liked the example of Gorge Best that you gave. There are also a lot of (other) players, e.g Wayne Rooney, who were something else, but Ferguson managed him with the team and as an individual and we all saw what he went on to achieve. Let our clubs do their best.’’ looking at the player’s face. He is a typical township low life and nothing will redeem him.’’ player of the calibre of Denver Mukamba is messing up his career due to drugs abuse. I think this guy should undergo a rehabilitation therapy programme to resuscitate his fledgling career, which is hitting rock bottom before it’s too late for him. Diego Maradona, one of the world’s greatest footballers, once faced similar challenges of drug abuse, but managed to survive the crisis and remains an icon in his native country, Argentina. The same can be done to save Denver Mukamba.
