Handling life’s frustrations

-

MATTHEW 11 vs 28

“COME to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

A friend gave me a ride in their car and as we got talking they showed me their left rear view mirror, which was broken. They told me that they were involved in an accident sometime back; they ran into someone and the person was injured so they had to spend six hours at the hospital to get them attended to.

They went on to say, “I have been going through so much distress that at times I go off track. I have now found an outlet for my frustrations through the gym, I feel better and I am working through the issues”. We all know so many people, who are dealing with something or the other, that sometimes takes away their ability to focus and to be sane. Have you ever wondered how many times the LORD has protected you or provided you with a covering as you travel on life’s way, surrounded by people who are distracted and distant?

It is amazing how despite these potential dangers surrounding us, His mercies ring true each day. You may know someone, who is going through issues that are causing them to be a danger to themselves and others. When all else fails, bring them to God’s mercy seat, pray for them, and bring them to the knowledge of His warmth and His love. He will provide a solution. Be blessed!
