Response to “Divisions rock MDC in Mhangura” Divisions rocking MDC everywhere would sound nice. They are trying to make it in politics, but they won’t especially if they don’t change their way of doing things. Violence and hatred seem to dominate, no party can survive that. — @Billy0001.

*** Responses to “Poor public transport system costs Zim” Somebody has noticed! We need a reliable public transport system like yesterday. In countries where there are buses and trains people don’t take cars to work. — @EllenJuru.

*** Poor public transport has also caused disorder and chaos especially in the city of Harare. Traffic jams and less parking space has become order of the day! — @KupakwasheEdmore.

Response to “Child marriages

worry First Lady” Child marriages are now of major concern, people just don’t seem to stop. I think tough penalties should be put in place for people who are still practising this act. The other problem is that many cases are going unreported in rural areas. Can’t there be anything more that can be done? — Ropafadzo Mutune.

*** Response to “Minerals must

benefit locals: Moyo” Very true. The new policy is welcome, actually we can’t wait for it to be implemented. It is good that in the case of Chiadzwa, the Government has lent an ear and is moving to develop the area. That is the Government we all want and have always hoped for. — Thokozile Chihwa.

*** Response to “Chitungwiza to

install traffic lights” Such a development is simply impressive! Solar traffic lights are the best! But also consider rehabilitating the roads too, but all the same, good initiative. —Derek Marirangwe.

The Government has done well in increasing civil servants salaries, it’s a good start. Now civil servants should get down to business especially the teachers who were planning to go on strike. The Government is trying, let’s meet it half way. — Lydia Masoka.

Responses to “First Lady meets

the Doma people” The Doma people are amongst the finest even though they are the poorest and most neglected in the Zambezi Valley. It was an honour for them to meet our First Lady on a visit. I don’t remember any other First Lady going there. This is the first as far as I know. The only sad thing is I don’t think there were enough clothes and blankets for all those people. How can we contribute as a nation? We need to come together and stretch our hands to these people. There are even some people who didn’t know that these people exist in our country until the First Lady’s visit. Thank you First Lady! — Black Swam Cruising.

*** Thank you Amai Mnangagwa. After your visit I also wish to visit this part of my country to learn first-hand about their history and culture. Let’s embrace them. — Humba Makombe.

*** I am glad you took time to visit the Doma people. Thank you very much for the donations. Such visits should be done regularly by Government officials. Programmes to empower them should also be put in place in their area. — Nyikadzino.
