Response to “ED proclaims

July 30 election date” Will the day be declared a public holiday? — @Mabamu1.

*** Response to “Kagame rebuffs Chamisa claims” Chamisa is a habitual liar. Such people can never be trusted to lead any association, let alone a nation. — @Bodo.

*** Responses to “Editorial Comment: Bank cash, embrace plastic money” You got this one spot on, something has to be done to change the way these banks are doing business and it has to be done now. — @LorraineHwedza.

*** We also have other banking institutions at Sam Levy now specialising in issuing out five cent coins. One wonders where they get these coins. Could this be a case of inside dealing concerning the good notes? — @Eliah00001.

Responses to “Kagame rebuffs

Chamisa claims” What The Herald is doing should serve to keep the younger contender in check. Instead of unnecessarily sympathising with him, it has to be acknowledged that he apparently has a lot to learn as far as diplomacy is concerned. If he were to win this coming election and becomes president, I imagine the awkward situation that will arise when he has to officially meet Kagame. Chamisa’s advisers have a big job to do. He has to listen and be careful of what he says. It is childish to appear to brag that he met certain high profile individuals. Voters are not concerned about who-is-who in the world he met, but more on what he has to offer for the development of the country. — Emerald Chiwiza.

*** Chamisa is not only being careless with his political career. He is insulting foreign presidents who deserve respect and dignity. He lied about being promised money by Trump, being invited by Queen Elizabeth and now he tells us Rwanda’s economic success is partly because of him. If Chamisa becomes president, I believe he will one day tell us that the all presidents in the world are coming to him for guidance. He pretends to be very intelligent, yet just like Jonathan Moyo, he is quite a silly and a habitual liar. Want him for president? — Leon Machakachaka.

People in the Diaspora are not being denied to exercise their right to vote. They can come and register in their constituencies then fly back. What they are asking for is not possible. If they are to be allowed, which constituencies would they vote in? Zimbabweans are everywhere in the world and what they are asking for is not practical. — Kurekwegava.

Response to “Men urged to embrace

family planning” My grandfather, as old as he is, says that he still prefers the tube to any of the new gadgets on the market. And he does not trust the ladies with the pills either, he says he has been tricked several times. — Nelson Moyo.

*** Responses to “ED proclaims July 30

election date.” MDC-T Alliance and other political midgets will be resoundingly beaten by ZANU-PF come election day. Given the clear popularity of ZANU-PF, it would appear the holding of elections is just a formality and constitutional requirement. — Cde Mzvinavhu.

*** The race is on! Praying for peace in the country; no one must be hurt or lose life for politics. — Yowe.

*** We pray that the fruits of the Holy Spirit will be shown in every Zimbabwean. May the Holy Spirit inspire us to be peaceful and behave like the children of God. —L Makombe.
