Be a flame of fire to follow Jesus

HEBREWS 1: 7, in speaking of the angels he says, “He makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.” Hebrews 12:29, for our God is a consuming fire. Galatians 5:19-21, the acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions; and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Self is the union of elements such as body, emotions, thoughts, and sensation that constitute the individuality and identity of a person. Body is the flesh.

Deny your body to be a follower of Christ. Call fire in your body and become a flame of fire. The listed acts of the flesh as listed above will be consumed. Transgressions and inequities will be consumed.

When God looks at us, he doesn’t look at the flesh but looks at the fire in us. Develop a relationship with Christ, he will make you a flame of fire. Be encouraged, fire purifies. Be transformed by the fire of the Holy Ghost.

Call fire of God in your body parts. By faith Jesus Christ will come down as fire and purify you. For Our God is a consuming fire when he comes down he consumes everything that is not of God in your flesh. The sinful nature gets consumed.

Find a church which believes in Jesus Christ as our personal Saviour.

But first of all, repent from your sins.
