Mandiwanzira heaps praises on President

- Herald Reporter

PRESIDENT Mnangagwa has no time to respond to provocations or engage in trivia as he is focusing on uplifting the lives of the people, a Cabinet Minister has said.

MDC-Alliance leader Mr Nelson Chamisa is expending his energy on either insulting Zanu-PF leadership, promising the electorate a heaven on earth and threatening chaos.

Addressing Zanu-PF supporters at Mapako Business Centre in Nyanga South, Information, Communication Technology and Cyber Security Minister Supa Mandiwanzira said President Mnangagwa had proven that he is a development oriented leader.

He said this will see him romping to victory come July 30.

Minister Mandiwanzira said President Mnangagwa’s administration was prioritising key developmental projects with the tarring of the Bhinya road project now on course. He said over $7,5 million was availed for the project.

The project was in the pipeline for years.

“You will never hear President Mnangagwa talking about (MDC-Alliance Presidential candidate Nelson) Chamisa, about Chamisa’s wife or anyone for that matter. He has been focusing on developmental issues since he came into office,” he said.

“I am excited as your MP to tell you that President Mnangagwa has responded to our Bhinya road challenge and work has started to tar the road. It is a project people had waited for a long time, but thanks to President Mnangagwa $7,5 million has been availed for the project.”

He said independent candidates should stop abusing the President’s name and confusing the people on the ground.
