AS A recap on how to access C-trade, remember investors can access the platform through different channels namely C-Trade online, C-Trade Mobile Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) and C-Trade mobile application. The three channels are therefore just different ways of accessing the same trading platform. As a result, it is up to an investor to opt for the channel that best suits him / her. Consequently, feel free to use a channel that you consider to be most user friendly and more convenient.

When using USSD, investors can access the C-Trade platform through any mobile phone network operator in Zimbabwe using the following steps: 1. Dial *727# 2. Select option 1 in order to create an account. This account registration process is necessary in order for you to be allocated a CSD / ATP number. This enables you to electronically trade since the securities market is now fully automated. Subsequently complete options i - vi as follows:

(i). Name details - This requires the investor’s name in full including title (e.g. Mr, Mrs etc.).

(ii). Personal details - this requires the investor to provide his or her nationality, ID number, date of birth and gender

(iii). Addresses - email addresses and physical addresses

(iv). Bank details - the name of your bank that you use as well as the bank account number (v). Custodians - Select the custodian to (vi) Complete the process Always ensure that you complete all the registration menus correctly during the process. Once registered, an investor simply dials the same *727#’ short code that he / she used during the registration process in order to log in.

Create a PIN code of your choice which you can remember. This PIN will be used each time you log in.

Remember, the secrecy of your USSD PIN is as important as the secrecy of your bank PIN code. Therefore, never disclose your USSD PIN to anyone!
