Responses to “Biti gets quality justice: Acting PG” Tendai Biti, you must never betray Zimbabwe. That’s how karma works. — @ Macweans.

*** He must embrace peace and mutual co-existence to build peace. — @ezekiel.

*** Demonstrations with trail of violence and destruction of property are illegal. If he indeed was behind the inciting of this violent demonstration then he has a case to answer. Let’s uphold the rule of law. Let this issue be resolved once and for all so we can move forward. — @cruexillelo.

Response to “It’s time to party: ED” Makorokoto, amhlope, congratulations to ED and the party ZANU-PF. Remain unstoppable and unconquerable. — mazicobomoco7. *** The journey has been rough, but here we are Mr President. ED PFEEEEE. — Mascy Madzora.

*** Response to “Kazembe

hails team work” Take a standing ovation. A voice was heard and it was by the people. It was loud and emphatic. The only plausible contestation I have heard is one that seeks to undermine the intellect of the owners of that voice and that is just desperate and embarrassing. After all the theories that were being bandied about regarding this province as ZANU-PF politics played out and what you have shown the intellect questions have gone back to sender. Thank you. — Shangwa.

*** Responses to “Zambia

denies Biti asylum” Whilst we are still pondering over this whole Biti issue the question which begs answers is how this guy managed to cross to the Zambian side when he was on the police wanted list. Is it corruption at the customs department or he unlawfully entered Zambia. — Eliasha.

*** Political players that undermine the importance of chiefs in governance should listen when the rural voice speaks. They might hear and understand their socio-political and economic arguments thereby gaining insight of the aspirations of their subjects. They must stop complaining when they don’t understand who they vote for. — Shangwa. www.herald.co.zw

Responses to “ED hints on fresh faces for Cabinet” Thank you so much for upholding the Constitution Mr President-elect. You really mean great business for the new Zimbabwe. I congratulate you on this stance. Keep it up! Let God’s will prevail. — Chaibva.

*** Thank you for your vision ED. We need a corruption-free Zimbabwe and this starts from the calibre of ministers we have. We also need a youthful Cabinet that includes competent members outside of politics for economic recovery. — Kid Marongororo.

*** The reason why the opposition and the MDC in particular continues to lose elections in Zimbabwe is because of its failure to introspect. They tend to believe their propaganda and have convinced their supporters to believe the same. They created a false narrative that elections are rigged and because of that they do not take time to look at their own mistakes that cost them votes. Instead they focus on the wrong causes and therefore their prescriptions to address the problems are also wrong. Until they overcome this challenge they should forget winning elections in Zimbabwe. The likes of Jonathan Moyo, Ibbo Mandaza, Nkululeko Sibanda and others are obsessed with their hatred for ZANU-PF and hence their judgment is clouded and will always mislead the opposition with their myopic assessments. — Sekuru.
