Jesus, the only Saviour

-

OUR salvation is only in Jesus Christ. Salvation is Greek, seteria, meaning deliverance, “bringing safely through”, keeping from harm.

Believers are safely brought through from the kingdom of darkness to the marvellous light of God. So salvation takes care of deliverance and believers are not hanging in between darkness and light, but have been safely brought through without harm.

There are, however, weak minds who ignorantly suppose they’re still under demonic bondage. The truth of the Gospel has to reach them and get transformation by the renewing of the mind.

God has ordained, authorised and commissioned the name Jesus to bring to Him His children. The name Jesus has been made accessible to humanity. Jesus is God among His people, Immanuel.

Jesus reveals to us in John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” There are no alternatives to salvation. The God of the Bible is only reachable in Jesus.

God has made the way to Him easier by giving us Jesus. Accepting Jesus settles everything. We cannot lie that we love God while we deny Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us in John 15:23, “He that hateth me hateth my Father also.” Let’s make use of the opportunity and accept the Grace of God.

Your prayer: Father I thank you for my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ by whom you have safely brought me to you. I thank you that I am delivered and am not under generational curses. In the name of Jesus I partake of your blessings and enjoy my salvation. Amen.

Your Confessions: I am saved. I am a born again believer. I am not in darkness, Jesus safely brought me to God my Father. I am in Christ. I am in the presence of God.
