There are people who are bent on portraying a negative image of Zimbabwe on the Internet. Instead of using the technology to promote their country, they are busy speaking ill of the country. If Zimbabwe loses, we all lose. Let us be patriotic when we speak about our country. — Charinga.

Responses to “Govt on top of fuel situation” Our fuel is now practically the cheapest in the region. We need to be aware of the possibility of it being smuggled especially to our northern neighbours. — Goto.

*** Thank you minister for that assurance. On the other hand, something has to be done as a matter of urgency by either Zera or responsible authorities as a number of service stations are now denying and diverting fuel meant for the public to pre-paid customers with (name withheld) service station as one of the main culprit among others.

Fuel delivered and sourced by the Government is for the general paying public not for selected few and who knows they may be selling this product to the chosen few in forex and something very dirty is now taking place right under the nose of authorities.

Please save the private motorists as very soon we will be witnessing what is happening in the drugs industry were the much dreaded forex is demanded for life-threatening medication. Direct fuel imports using one’s forex as we know is the product which must be set aside for pre-paid customers not for the service stations to dip their hands into product meant for the general public. Please investigate this urgent and correct it. — Eliah.

*** Too much vehicles, why not resort to bicycles like China? The problem with us Zimbabweans is we are not focused, we must first define and discover ourselves and be objective. Remember we are landlocked, let’s walk. — Gakangoma77.

*** Thank you Minister of Finance for always updating us on the economic situation of the country. We really appreciate your efforts in our road to economic recovery. — Rudo Saungweme.
