Response to “Illegal fuel dealers face arrest”

It’s good to just arrest before warning them. If it’s illegal, people want to see the results. - @Nathanielm85

Response to “Zim sparkles at Turkey Travel Fair”

Zimbabwe has been listed as one of the safest countries, surprisingly safer than the UK. A few days ago, Zimbabwe was also listed as one of the top “mustsee” tourism destinations for 2019 by National Geographic Traveller. While the naysayers keep discrediting the country, people who have nothing to do with lies and cheap politics can see what Zimbabwe deserves and can’t be fooled. - Bunda Stand

Response to “Youths walk 500km in ED’s honour”

Every Zimbabwean has the right to endorse whoever they choose. ZANU-PF brought this freedom of choice. ZANU-PF Youth League can endorse their leader. They believe in him. Endorse who you believe in.

There is no need for hate speech towards people doing what they believe in. We need to move on from this post-election drama and think about the future. - ProudZimbabwean

Responses to “America’s ‘friend’ Biti must come clean”

I am sure Biti is well aware of American chicanery. They use a person and when they are done with him, they just dump him. So why worry? His former boss in Morgan Tsvangirai (MHSRIP) was a victim of the same shameless American behaviour. Let him join the long list of the Tsvangirais, Savimbis, Does, Mobutus, Tshombes, Noriegas, Saddams, etc.

And where does Chamisa stand in this dirty game? Looks like the jecha boy is not in the linen lines of the Americans.

Is it because of his admiration for former President Robert Mugabe that worked against him with the Americans?

Americans would be happy to unleash Biti than Chamisa. Perhaps the jecha boy makes too much noise like a chihuahua and Biti is the bulldog that hardly barks. - Masaisai

*** HARD as it might seem to dislodge ZANU-PF, it is unthinkable that an African could go out of the country and seek for the assistance of ruthless white capital to work against his own people in a quest to get to the throne. It is like burning the whole silo full of grain while standing inside the silo to deal with a rodent or rat. You lose credibility from fellow countrymen when you stop at nothing to get what you want; when there are no sacred cows in one’s quest for power.

Yes, ZANU-PF is not perfect and just like the MDC, it has its flaws, but when you go to the United States, whose interest is to dominate the world and control all the means of production, and use your legal mind to arm the enemy of all Zimbabweans just because you have a domestic dispute with your brother, then we certainly will not sympathise with you no matter how much you might cry for empathy.

Do Tendai Biti and Nelson Chamisa really believe Americans love them? Is this not about our position regarding national sovereignty? Is this not about the position we took regarding land and all our resources which Americans believe they can exploit without hindrance?

Let us not be academic intellectuals who lack appreciation of global geopolitics.

America and China have their interests and we must learn to build our own capacities no matter how hard this might seem. As the ruling party ZANU-PF meets, it must craft strategies that ensure we are not vulnerable to these external forces.

The economic development of Zimbabwe must take centre stage. Research and development and the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship among our people must be central to the discussions. This must be the case in our opposition. Let the opposition focus on national development and checkmate ZANU-PF all the way. - Progressive Zimbabwean
