GYPSITE Sports Promotions together with Delta Force have vowed to continue supporting the sport of boxing and boxers by having more tournaments in 2019 so as to reach their full potential.

Gypsite Electronics and Contractors and Delta Force have been partnering to promote boxing for the better part of 2018 and have promised some bigger and better things this year.

Gypsite hosted a number of big events during the past year and the company director Clemence Zingoni has promised more exciting tournaments this year.

“We are not looking back in as far as supporting boxing is concerned and we wish to take boxing to other cities in 2019.

“Generally, we were happy with the events we hosted last year and they worked as a learning curve for us so we are going to improve in our next tournaments.

“We would like to advice that there would be a lot of exciting bouts this year, including bringing in international boxers.

“It has since come to us that people love boxing as a sport and career; and we have a good crop of boxers coming up who need our support. Last year, Gypsite gave Tinashe Madziwana a brand new Toyota Hiace and $2 000 as part of his winning purse,” Zingoni said.

Delta Force managing director Clyde Musonda said they are happy with the progress they made and boxing is taking a step ahead.
