Responses to “VTCs boost for

youths in Buhera”

The move will go a long way in boosting the socio- economic development of the country. Empowerment is central to economic turnaround. However, more institutions have to be opened where children and youths are taught practical skills to help them in the future. Also, children are the most active group in the society, hence we have to empower them by all means necessary for a better tomorrow. They hold the key to further growth and expansion of the country. — @ Carol.

Responses to “Farmers applaud inputs distribution” Thanks to the Government. We can now start farming early this year because of the timely distribution of inputs. Everyone is waiting for these inputs as they have become expensive in the shops. We thank Government for supporting our farming. — Tanaka.

Response to “City water sup

ply situation gloomy”

I really wonder what City of Harare is doing, because truly speaking, I see nothing. Water is a basic need for everyone, and they should be providing citizens with just that. How do they expect people to survive without water? This will only lead to the birth of water-borne diseases which could have been prevented from the start. Please do something about the situation, we cannot be telling you what your duties and responsibilities are. — Makaita.

Harare City Council should improve on their service delivery. It is becoming worse every day. We need clean water and clean cities. All they want is spending people’s money buying expensive cars and travelling. — Vince.

Responses to “Economics paper leaks in Hwange” Whoever responsible for this should be held accountable. I strongly feel that someone at ZIMSEC is responsible. The person should be arrested. — Mark.

These kids are very lazy, a student should prepare for the exams by reading and not looking for easy things. Parents are paying school fees for you to learn. Please just write exams fairly without cheating. — Concerned Zimbabwean.

Response to “Call to promote climate change education” This year temperatures are very high and people should be educated on how to protect themselves. Education is essential to ensure that people drink adequate water, stay indoors and avoid staying outside for long. — Tawananyasha.

*** Climate change education will help people understand and address the impact of global warming. It also increases “climate literacy” among young people, encourages changes in their attitudes and behaviour. It also helps them adapt to climate change related trends. — Martha.
