Responses to “Dirty lyrics tarnish local music” Zimbabwe should strengthen its censorship policy to protect children from bad lyrics from some of Zimdancehall artistes. Some of their lyrical content promotes bad behaviour among youths. Local artistes should desist from using vulgar as this cannot be played on radio stations. Honestly how can vulgar be played on live radio. — @Majamaja.

Musicians should educate young people. What lessons can our children derive from such bad lyrics from some of the songs by Zimdancehall artistes? These artistes need to respect our elders and educate the youths to live positively in life. The local dancehall music promotes violence and drug abuse which is not good for the future of the country. — @Concerned Zimbabwean.

Responses to “in 600 DDF borehole- drilling initiative” Thank you DDF for such a great initiative. Please do include Harare in development projects. Harare is like any other area and the city fathers have failed to give residents clean water. Residents live in fear of contracting typhoid and cholera. — Mercy.

Thank you we appreciate DDF the good work. — Mellisa Basikiti.

Responses to “Mangudya speaks on frozen accounts”

It’s good that the RBZ deliberately froze bank companies of the affected companies, but this should not end here. The RBZ should take the matter to responsible authorities for further investigations to have the final say in this matter. They have an obligation to report to ZRP and ZACC so that perpetrators are brought to book. Manipulation of the local currency against the foreign currency on the parallel market is a crime against humanity. This crime is beyond RBZ. — Goto.

The buying of foreign currency on the black market by big corporations and some individuals caused severe suffering to the ordinary citizens as they are failing to keep up with the ever-increasing exchange rate. If the offending companies are not tried before the courts, the responsible authorities would have failed fellow Zimbabweans. Bank authorities should also be questioned to trace the movements of money in the frozen accounts. There is also need to establish the source of funds of these companies. As for the central bank, more needs to be done to cleanse the banking sector. — GT.

Responses to “Govt, nurses talks way to go”

This is what professionalism entails. Nurses should put people’s lives first. Their role is critical in society, so going on strike means loss of human life. — Gurumombe.

Response to “City water supply situation gloomy”

I really wonder what City of Harare is doing, because truly speaking, I see nothing. Water is a basic need for everyone, and they should be providing citizens with just that. How do they expect people to survive without water? This will only lead to the birth of water-borne diseases which could have been prevented from the start. — Makaita.
