Responses to “Runonzi Rudo hit-maker, Prince Musarurwa

dies”

I’m gutted. He had a heart the size of a mountain. Mumaraini will surely never be the same. — Moe Scyslack2.

It’s a sad story to hear about a premature death of a young talented musician. I ran short of words since he was part and parcel of those raising the Zimbabwean flag through music. His song with songstress Pah Chihera is still among hit songs that will last forever. We will remember him for his works. May his soul rest in eternal peace. — Brendon.

Response Editorial Comment: “Lasting solution needed in flood

prone areas”

The only lasting solution to minimising and mitigating the effects of these disasters is to resettle people in areas which are safe from those disasters. It is known that areas like Muzarabani and Chimanimani are mainly affected by floods. I think it is wise to build dams in such areas for hydro- electric power plants than to use those areas as residential areas. — Mavhuto.

Response to “Lest we forget . . . a day in the life of a freedom fighter” The birth of my country, Zimbabwe, I will always love it. — Chirandu Chegono.

Response to “How Harare imagi

nes its future self”

I know dreamers when I see them. Harare City Council is full of such. What did they say about refurbishing Rufaro and Gwanzura stadiums five years ago? They must give people clean drinking water first, fix burst sewage lines, repair roads, street and traffic lights. — Masaisai.

Response to “The high that threatens life — Part 1”

It would really help others to know how the young men got his addiction under control. Zimbabwe needs real change in terms of educating the youth about drug abuse. Life is precious. Our youth should shun the abuse of drugs. The police should also make sure that all borders are well monitored to restrict drug smuggling. Most of those drugs are coming from Mozambique. — Vusa.

Response to “Africa must solve

its own problems”

They should stop the kind of senselessness that makes them worship questioned, so-called international institutions like the International Criminal Court that John Bolton said was rubbish and illegal, unfit to try murderous US soldiers who have committed war crimes. Even the worst who killed unarmed Palestinian children, Israel, do not send their child-killers there! Yet a whole African country, Sudan agrees to send its own former leader to such a discredited institution as if there are no courts in Sudan! — Truthhurts!

Response to “Hips and butts

craze rocks city”

It sounds interesting that, there are alternatives to hip and butt enhancement. They boost the confidence of other girls who feel that their bodies are not attractive. It seems like every girl in the street has an eye-catching bottle-shaped structure just like western celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj to mention but a few. — Ndivengeizvangu.
