Response to “Churches heed
regulations on Easter” Churches have done a commendable job and set a good example in the country. Strict health regulations like those in schools should continue to be enforced across the board. People should continue to comply to the World Health Organisation ( WHO) Covid-19 regulations and national guidelines. Do not let the guard down at this point in time as we cannot afford another lockdown. — @ terrywekwamambo.

That is exactly what the church is expected of. The Bible says: “what has been bind on earth has also been bound in heaven” (Matthew 16:19). If you disobey the laws that are enacted here, you have also disobeyed God. If we work together in unity, we can fight the pandemic. — @ JohnSigauke.

Response to “President’s foreign trips pay dividends”
It is the re- engagement and engagement thrust that has seen us in good relations with countries like Belarus. Our diplomats deployed all over should vigorously engage in economic diplomacy so as to complement His Excellency’s re- engagement and engagement efforts. — J.S. ***
Response to “Border security intercepts R230k cigarette contraband”
Our security forces are doing a sterling job in thwarting smuggling. Only last week they intercepted buses with smuggled contraband. Well done. Smuggling prevents the country from accessing export earnings. — Joe.

Response to “Vaccination uptake surpasses 100 000 mark”
This is a good indicator from the people taking up the vaccination. People should continue going out for vaccination in their numbers. Vaccination is the way to go and best way to fight the pandemic. — Rue.

What a good response. At least people have responded well to the call. All the people should be vaccinated and not listen to conspiracies or theories circulating. It is better to be safe by being vaccinated. Together we can fight the pandemic. People should not let their guard down. We should continue masking up, practising social distancing and sanitisation. — Nyasha Masimba.
