Response to “Vendors continue to defy regulations” This is so disturbing. People should always comply with the World Health Organisation regulations and national guidelines. Some people are now roaming around the streets not properly wearing masks. Some do not even wear masks at all. We should not let our guard down now. Let us continue masking up, practising social distancing and sanitisation. — @ terrywekwamambo.

Strict health regulations should be imposed and those who fail to observe them must be arrested. By so doing, people will comply with the regulations. People should know that Covid- 19 is still there and it is real. We need to continue fighting the pandemic. If we are united, we can fight and end the pandemic. — @Nyasha Masimba

Response to “COMMENT: Caution needed in Mozambique” It is good that Southern African Development Community ( SADC) has committed to help Mozambique. This will curb the crisis from spreading into other neighbouring countries. There is an urgent need to suffocate the insurgents’ supply avenues. Who is supplying them with weapons, is a question that also need urgent response. — John Sigauke.

SADC needs to be very careful with the way they are going to respond if ever they have to respond militarily. The response must be intelligence-led so as to enable them to locate from where these gangs are operating and flush them out, as well as tackling their sponsors. The forces must only withdraw after accounting for each and every one of these gangs. That area is a corridor for drugs and smuggling, an issue that also needs to be resolved. — RLG

Response to “9 killed in car crash”
So sad. May their souls rest in peace and to those injured may they get well soon. Many people are dying because of reckless driving. Drivers must always drive with caution and value the lives of their passengers. — Wamambo
*** Shame. It is so painful to lose a loved one. May their souls rest in peace and their families find comfort in these sorrowful times. — Rue
