Response to “Additional staff deployed to accelerate vaccination”

Well done to the Ministry of Health and Child Care and the Government for deploying medical staff to help the vaccination teams. This will help in making the vaccination programme faster rather than being congested at the vaccination centres. Please also ensure that clinics used by the defence forces and Zimbabwe Republic Police in camps have enough doses so that members of the public who can access the places can be vaccinated there. — @Madiro.

The Herald — Zimbabwe Response to “Putting back on track vital”

NRZ

The revival of NRZ is very vital and an efficient railway system plays an important role in the development of the country and the overall growth of any economy. The railway system is a form of transport that the nation can rely on as a result of its safety, convenience, and ability to cover long distances with ease and security factors. The revival of the system will also unlock business viability in the African region and Eastern African countries. — Ronnie.

Response to “Waste manage

ment deal gets approval” Dumpsites will now be a thing of the past in the city as there will be waste management. The project will have a positive impact in Harare as it will curb pollution. It will improve the state of the roads and drainage systems. Soon, Harare will retain its sunshine city status. Good move for the partnership. — Baba Denzel. ***

Response to “First Lady gets praise for call centre”

The call centre has come at the right time. Cases of gender-based violence had increased, especially during national lockdown and this is worrisome. This call centre will help in the reporting of cases. Survivors will also get help. The centre is helpful in terms of GBV prevention and protection of the survivors. — Annita.

SMS/ WhatsApp: +263714111101 Response to “Government reviews checkpoint times”

Thank you Government. That way the industry can make the best out of the already shortened day. This will help in both combating Covid-19 and keeping the economic machine running. — Delante.

Good initiative by the Government. I think you might as well pause roadblocks between 1600hrs and 1830 hours to allow people to get home in time before the curfew. In the evening, roadblocks are likely to delay commuters getting home before curfew time. — Chikuni Richard.
