Responses to “25 000 more doses arrive from Russia” Thank you Russia for the donation. People should go out in their numbers and be vaccinated as more jabs are coming. Vaccination is the best way to go, especially in this period when the country is experiencing a spike in Covid-19 cases and deaths. Step by step and soon and very soon, we are achieving the 60 percent herd immunity — @Oppah Rugare.

Good gesture by the Russian government. This will go a long way in the vaccination programme. It is now upon us to go out in our numbers and be vaccinated. — @ Rhoda.

Response to “Commuters welcome Zupco fare cut”
The review of bus fares is welcome. They have listened to the plight of the people. The previous fares were beyond the reach of many passengers, but now they are affordable. ZUPCO should continue to ensure that the welfare of the passengers is improved, especially with the high rates of infection of the Covid-19 pandemic. — Simeone. www.herald.co.zw
Response to “Business must cooperate to make lockdown work”
The battle to end Covid-19 should be collective and needs everyone’s cooperation. It is vital that everyone cooperate willingly and fully in observing the rules and regulations put in place by World Health Organisation and the Government. Businesses have to be stricter and tighter in enforcing the rules to make sure that the transmission risk is zero between their staff and the customers. People should be serious when it comes to wearing of masks, keeping social distance, temperature checks and sanitising. — Paul Matamba.
SMS/ WhatsApp: +263714111101 Response to “Mat North residents embrace mass vaccination”
This is a good sign and success of the vaccination programme. Vaccination is the best way to go for everyone. If possible, there is need for a pre-booking process at all centres to avoid congestion. — Queen.
*** Response to “Man kills father, aunt”
So sad. What has our society become? People no longer value human life, which is important and sacred. People should respect human life. If the boy is caught, there is need for him to face the full wrath of the law. He has done so many things that do not befit him to be part of society, but stay in jail. He is indeed a disgrace to society. — Taurai.
