US great deception from Harare to Moscow
IN modern politics, the United States has often used a highly restrictive sanctions regime on countries that seek to pursue independent but progressive lifestyles outside Washington’s hegemony.
From Harare to Moscow and little everywhere else in the world, the US has abrogated itself the right to police everyone and punish countries that seek to do what is good for their people.
This must be stopped. The US cannot be allowed to continue dictating to everyone what should be done; what is right and what is wrong. The US itself is not smart. The US itself is not a saint. The US itself is very corrupt, intolerant, selfish and super dictatorial.
Zimbabwe did not commit any crime attracting sanctions except redressing a land standing historical land holding imbalance.
Russia did not commit any crime deserving sanctions except protecting itself from the dangerous moves by Ukraine. US has interests in Ukraine and most of them are Joe Biden’s interests and those of his family and friends. Hunter, James and Sarah have been very actively involved in corrupt activities in Ukraine.
Now the US has gone full throttle in Ukraine to suffocate Russia’s special military operation and is leaving no stone unturned.
But there is really nothing for the ordinary US person in Ukraine except the personal interests of Biden and his family and friends.
After failing to defeat Russia in Ukraine with the help of NATO, the US and its allies came up with the Copenhagen Format, a series of unworkable proposals that favour Ukraine.
The format failed in Davos last January and Ukraine, US and the West are now trying to influence the world to accept the warped proposal against Russia.
Without going any further it must be acknowledged that Ukraine was wrong in the first place. Russia only responded to defend itself.
But the world is not stupid. The US must come clean first. It must stop dictating things. It must remove sanctions from Zimbabwe. It must remove sanctions from Cuba. It must remove sanctions from Russia. It must remove sanctions from Iran. Only after that should the US consider itself a fair player in world politics.
US and the West are trying very hard to influence the global south to say Russia was wrong, without looking into how provocative Ukraine’s activities as Russia’s neighbour were.
Now they accuse Russia of violating the rights of Ukrainian children and the US is trying to create a case on it, typical of brewing a storm from a tea cup.
We are talking about the false accusation of the Russian Federation being accused of moving Ukrainian children and displacing them without legal representation, the violence, including sexual, false registration as Russian citizens etc and all these a figment of Washington’s mind. Illusions!
It is, therefore, foolhardy for Westerners to try and use these issues to influence the Global South to support Zelenksyy in Ukraine against Russia.
The narrative should not start there. It should start from Zelenskyy being a bad neighbour and acting in a manner that threatens the future of Russia.
Zelenskyy himself in his lack of wisdom and judgement wants prisoners of war exchanged for children and that makes him very silly. There is no way you can equate prisoners of war with children. They are not equal.
All progressive countries in the world should refuse to be abused by the US to get an anti-Russian attitude.
After all Russia has a win-win global business outlook. After all Russia does not impose sanctions. After all Russia can help the Global South with food security.
US, Ukraine and their allies have no moral ground to talk about children’s rights. How many children has US killed in Iraq, in Syria and how many children has Ukraine killed in cross border attacks on Russia.
