I’m appealing to responsible authorities to conduct nationwide probe into the manner in which GMB is collecting maize from farmers. Farmers are sleeping in queues just to deliver their maize. It appears the workers are being overwhelmed or it is a deliberate attempt to frustrate farmers out of the queues to sell to bogus buyers. Farmers need not to wait for long hours. Supervision is needed in those depots. May those responsible intervene to ensure farmers get quality service. - War Vet, Bindura.

*** I would like to thank the new Budiriro 5 Primary School soccer coach, Advance, for successfully training the boys’ soccer team which got first position for the first time since 2009. As parents we are proud of him. We want to thank the headmaster, Mr Nhamo, for supporting sporting activities at the school. - Parent, Budiriro.

*** I’m a strong Dynamos fan and I believe the red card given to Christian Epoupa Ntouba was the correct decision. It is shameful for Zifa president Dr Philip Chiyangwa to nullify that verdict. I personally advocate people who have football at heart, especially former players, to run our football associations. We should not allow football novices anywhere near our beautiful game. If we allow such shoddy decisions, our lovely game will soon be turned to social soccer. - Norman Muchemwa, Chitungwiza.

*** Government through the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission please help us by stopping EcoCash agents who are fuelling cash shortages. This is not different from money laundering. Honestly, how can one part with 20 percent of their money in order to receive cash from these crooks? - Mhofu, Gweru.

*** Thanks Gushugo for baring it all. Now we know who is who within our revolutionary party and their hidden agendas from way back. Manje mwena zvawavharwa vachamhanyirepiko? - Nehoreka Mutoko Azere, Chitungwiza.

*** The story of a nine-year-old selling her body is disturbing. Some people are calling these young girls prostitutes, I would rather call them abused children. To all the men who hire these kids I say shame on you. Do unto other people’s kids as you would want them to do to yours. - SMT, Ngezi Mine.

*** It’s unprofessional and unconstitutional Dr Phil, shame on you. Look for sponsors sir to bring back our PSL to the top position in Africa. - V kaka 10 Chaimer, Bindura
