Roy Pitchford should have the first company to list on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange in order to prove to us that this will be Africa’s newest and best USD exchange. Secondly who are the directors of the VF stock exchange — hope they are not just a re-match of the old ZSE fellows who have only seen the ZSE die a slow death. Oh and maybe re-list Old Mutual plc on the VF STX as we are unable to trade them for RTGS on the ZSE. Trade them for USD on the VF STX and all will be happy. Simple really. — Nelson Moyo

Up to now people still call these evil people and murderers called Tsikamutanda to the villages to perform heinous acts and village heads allow them into the villages to terrorise and kill people using childish magic tricks. They can drive an entire herd of cattle after having accused vulnerable people of being witches or wizards and villagers cheer the Tsikamutanda as a healer and hero for causing pain and humiliating innocent people. There is no witch-or wizard-no person can fly in the air. — Muchadzidza Riini

The initiative by Her Voice Fund is great in its endeavour of encouraging empowerment of the Girl Child. We need more of these initiatives in small communities. The scenarios

where women share stories of living with HIV will help others in similar situations to reflect and plan for the future. Thank you for engaging women who feel neglected. — Ruvimbo Rakati

*** Counselling sessions should be provided for inmates who receive amnesty. The case of Rebecca Masawi is a good example of how she needed psychological help before her release. How can one commit another crime after receiving amnesty? It’s sad that now she is being accused of a worse crime than the one she was pardoned for. As women, we deserve better than to fight for a man. Now she is back

in the cells and risks losing a second chance to life. — Kudakwashe Museredza.

Soccer players and celebrities should lead by example. The case of Harry Maguire’s atrocious performances for England and Manchester United in recent games shows how it can all go downhill for soccer players if they are not disciplined. All our local football stars who have a penchant for wayward behaviour need to learn that they risk losing all their potential due to indiscipline. It was sad that recently, even our country’s biggest football star Marvellous Nakamba attended one of Ginimbi’s notorious parties.
