With an unparalleled commitment to understanding the dynamic landscape of the supply chain and logistics industry, Ms Chimbganda has been instrumental in propelling the company to become a leading provider of end-to-end logistics services. Having spent over five years in a range of operational, strategic, and leadership roles, she brings a unique experience to the logistics sector.

Ms Chimbganda’s approach to leadership is centred around fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
She believes in empowering her team and investing in their growth and development, which has been key to the companies’ success. Ms Chimbganda is currently spearheading initiatives to scale up the firms’ operations and establish their presence in key markets around the world.
Her strategic vision includes leveraging on the potential of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, transparency and sustainability in the logistics sector. She is country president of Women in Logistics Africa (WILA) — Zimbabwe; as well as president of Circle of Global Business Women, Zimbabwe Chapter. In terms of awards, she has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Women in Management in Africa — WIMA (2023); and Top 100 Most Influential African Women in Supply Chain — AWISCA (2022).
