key to selling the idea of the aviator, this welltravelled, aged adventurer was creating his home, filled to bursting with remnants of past adventures and echoes of flying machines. The aim was to create a warm, cluttered, comfy space.
“The final look in CG was a balance of creating the cluttered cocoon, filled with warmth and light, while keeping the dark mysterious corners to give a sense of depth to the space and history of the character,” reveals director mark osborne. “Lighting supervisor adel abada worked with CG super Pascal bertrand and co-production designer Celine Desrumaux to perfect this incredibly complex setup.”
