Rigging in Zbrush with Zspheres is fun and gives you really good results for posing your model. Use Zspheres to create the main bone structure, just like where you would expect the articulation to happen in real life. Start adding extra Zspheres around the areas that are going to be articulated more. Every Zsphere you add is basically linked to the skin, just like weight painting in Maya.
