Passionate about shaping the next generation of creative leaders, Ringling’s hands-on, studio model of teaching is second-tonone. This was proved in 2015 when students Mike Biddinger and Michelle Kwan beat professional studios to take the Best Computer Animated Short award at Siggraph.

Ringling offers small class sizes to allow for individual learning and emulates the atmosphere and expectations of a professional animation studio. “The school also intentionally limits enrollment into the program to keep the quality high,” explains the department head for computer animation Jim Mccampbell.
