Conrad Architects’ new office reimagines a raw commercial building as a creative workspace designed to reflect the practice’s considered methodology and its director’s reverence for fine art. Restrained materiality and a monochromatic palette are heightened by furniture pieces such as the Edra Favela Chair and Gaetano Pesce’s design classic, the Up 7 Foot. Director Paul Conrad’s own fine art photography recurs throughout the space, creating an emotive, reflective journey.
