NON-ALCOHOLIC APERITIFS

Everleaf Forest & Everleaf Mountain

Using sustainable ingredients and inspired by nature, Everleaf has recently expanded its range of alcoholfree aperitifs. Their Forest expression is the original formula (previously known simply as Everleaf) and has the pronounced taste of saffron, plus sweet, slightly smoky cassia, as well as quince notes, making it a great complex alternative to a standard soft drink. Serve as a spritz with soda water, tonic or sparkling grape juice and lots of ice. We also like their new Mountain expression, which is evocative of spring blossom and fruity pink gin, with a background hint of rhubarb and custard. £18, everleafdrinks.com

BEER

Voodoo Ranger Hazy IPA

Springtime calls for a drink that’s as refreshing as a wild-water swim, and this new-to-our-shores brew from cult Colorado craft beer company, New Belgium Brewing, really hits the spot. Launched in 2017, Voodoo Ranger is among the fastest growing IPA brands in the US, and it’s now available in the UK, although only online. Brewed with American hops, 5.3% ABV Voodoo Ranger has bright tropical aromas and notes of citrus fruit, with a pleasantly smooth finish. Other beers in the range include Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA, Voodoo Ranger American Haze, the Xperimental IPA and 1985 IPA. Available as a six-pack for £13.25, or a £125 mega-pack, which includes 48 beers, glasswear and merch. voodooranger.co.uk

COFFEE LIQUEUR Aluna coconut cold brew coffee liqueur

Coconut fans will love this new liqueur from Aluna, which combines their toasted coconut rum with 100% Arabica cold brew coffee, cacao nibs and a subtle hint of black cardamom. The resulting drink is reminiscent of a coconutfilled chocolate bar, but in liquid form. Super smooth and full of sweet, toasty coconut notes, the cacao nibs and coffee balance serve to add richness and balance out the sweetness, meaning it isn’t at all sickly. Try sipping over ice or use to make an espresso martini with a twist (we recommend garnishing with toasted coconut flakes for extra pizzazz). 25% ABV (50cl), £20, alunacoconut.com
