Graters aren’t the most exciting bit of kitchen equipment but I have a lot of love for my Microplane. It gets used constantly throughout the week and is a dream assistant in both my baking and cooking. Whether I’m zesting some citrus, grating fresh nutmeg or ginger, or just drowning my pasta in a cloud of parmesan, this is one bit of kit I’d be lost without.
