I have been a subscriber for over 20 years now, which is mildly alarming – I’m sure I’m still in my 20s! Having lost my husband very unexpected­ly in 2020, I had to learn to live again and to cook for one. Having been a household of strapping fellas, meals were never light or without seconds. I’m trying to adapt recipes each month to suit my needs and failing that, my boys get portions for their freezers. Life is very dierent to the one I thought I would be living, but as the saying goes, life goes on and we all need to eat! Thanks, Good Food, for accompanyi­ng me on this journey.
