Hosted by Malaika Malz and Harleigh Reid, Sonder & Salt is an irreverent and hilarious podcast about food, but not the usual topics you would expect get discussed.

Malaika and Harleigh talk brand snobbery, confessions about eating out and how Harleigh is still traumatised by “the crime” of her mum writing in one of Harleigh’s cookbooks – in pen.

I disagree with much of what they talk about – they diss all-purpose seasoning, whereas I live for it – yet I can’t get enough. Their disagreement about bully beef, a Jamaican dish using corned beef, made me laugh for a good 10 minutes.

The ‘Controversial Food Opinions’ episode is my favourite – they rate each other on whether they agree on the other’s debateable opinion. If you love food, this is a must-listen.
