Satay sauce

½ lime, juiced
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter 165ml can coconut milk
1 Combine the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, curry powder and peanut butter in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if it’s too sti .
2 Transfer to a small pan along with the coconut milk and heat for 5 mins over a low heat, stirring continuously until combined.
