Space Matrix Goes Agile

The Singapore studio of Space Matrix is walking the talk of workplace change. Underpinned by its own digital transformation, the studio has made the change to unassigned seating. The refurbished studio offers a variety of work settings such as informal lounge seating, height-adjustable desks and private phone booths. “The project tables, additional collaboration spaces and phone booths are being well utilised and deemed successful,” says Ben Breen, Managing Director SEA of Space Matrix. Mobile sample trolleys have been provided to support a new clean-desk policy. The change was a means of showcasing workplace change to clients. “We also wanted to promote collaboration between our business units to improve communication and performance,” says Breen.
