The duckboard element of Marcio Kogan’s Quadrado modular seating system for Minotti has become the foundation of an expansion to the collection via the new Quadrado Table. The rationalist and minimal outdoor table features a gridded teak duckboard top set on aluminium legs. The table is pictured here with another new addition to Minotti’s outdoor collection: Tape Cord Outdoor by nendo. Here, the ‘couture’ detail of the indoor version of Tape – the piece of ribbon that holds the legs onto the body – is expressed as a light bronze-coloured metal plate.
