Offecct’s Dune ottoman was designed by Front in response to the real and constantly changing needs of today’s workplaces and public spaces. Increasingly we gather and meet in informal settings, and this corresponds with a demand for relaxed seating. Dune is a non-hierarchical form that can easily seat up to eight people. It invites informal clustering but offers the much-needed functionality of table tops that can be equipped with the latestgeneration USB-sockets. “We are really satisfied with the lightness of Dune,” say designers Anna Lindgren and Sofia Lagerkvist of Front. “Despite being so delicate, Dune stands firmly on the ground and offers possibilities for interaction, face to face and digital.” In Singapore, Offecct is carried by Flokk.
