Pumpkin seeds: Use in slices, muesli or biscuits, or over fruit and yoghurt. Miso: Pop in soups and dressings. Pita bread: Use as a pizza base, or fill with your favourite salad ingredient­s, a drained can of tuna in springwate­r and a spoonful of low-fat cottage cheese for a quick and easy lunch. Sourdough bread: Perfect for breadcrumb­s, and you can freeze for later. Or toast and spread with mashed avo, roast tomatoes, spinach and a poached egg for a tasty breakfast.

CHILLED

Sour cream: Good for baking, or on top of a baked Carisma or sweet potato with herbs and pepper.
