MORE THAN TOP TASTE

I am a type 2 diabetic. Since buying your magazine and trying some of your healthy recipes, I have been able to stop taking my medication and am now diet controlled. One of my favourites is Middle Eastern Savoury Mince (Jan/Feb 2017). However, my cat Milly now has type 1 diabetes and requires insulin injections. Fortunately, she is a great patient.
