LYCHEE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Put 80g (1/2 cup) drained canned lychees, 1 medium ripe banana, 200ml almond milk, 170g tub Chobani coconut yoghurt, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/3 cup ice cubes and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serves 1.
