Cut a pear or apple into wedges. Place on a serving plate. Whisk 3 Tbsp light smooth ricotta, a drizzle of honey and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serve the honeyed ricotta with the pear wedges and 6 walnut pieces. Serves 2.
